Are the pills you sell, branded products?

All drugs that produced by our company, are generic.

 

What is the meaning of the term “generic”? Do reproduced products have the same effect as the brand ones?

The only differences of brand goods from generic – is the label, shape, color and cost. Generics in most cases, are named according to the active component, and manufacturers of brand products use some specific name. However, those manufacturers cannot patent specific chemicals. Thus, “generic” drugs can be produced without been afraid to break the law. They are based on the same chemical ingredients and therefore have the same medicinal properties. So, when acquiring reproduced products you pay less for the same result. However, it should be noted that the desired effect can be obtained only by following all the recommendations of the manufacturer.

 

Why generic products are so inexpensive?

Unlike generic products, a lot of money being spent by manufacturers of branded goods to patent the name, research and promotional purposes. Also do not forget about the license: only one license for sale in the United States costs very much. Generics do not require such investments. Therefore, most of the money are spent for their production.

 

Tablets you produce do not look like the brand ones. I have purchased the product which has a different name on the package. Why did that happened?

It has already been said that no one can get a patent on specific chemical. Consequently, generic products consist of the same ingredients as brand ones. However, the label, color and shape of the product are patented and become intellectual property of the company. If the manufacturer of generics apply one of these properties to the product, they would be accused of stealing. That is why generic pill differs from the branded one in these characteristics.

 

How can I be sure that your products are of a high quality?

We constantly monitor quality of our products. The better our products are, the more customers we will have. That’s why we selected suppliers very carefully and carried out a large number of tests. All products are manufactured in India by companies that are approved by the Indian FDA.

 

What’s the meaning of inscription: “shelf life”?

Shelf life is written on each package. It is different for each of the shipments. Shelf life is 2 years from production, so for each shipment, this date will be unique.

 

How tablets of Viagra 50 mg and 100 mg differ from each other?

Viagra, which we offer our customers, has two different markings: 50 mg and 100 mg. They differ in the dosage of Sildenafil (active ingredient) in tablets. Therefore, 50 mg tablet contains 50 mg of concentrated Sildenafil, and 100 mg – 100 mg Sildenafil. The usual dose is 50 mg tablets. It is enough to obtain the effect. However, the effects of taking the pills for all people may vary, so you may start with 25 mg (break 50 mg tablet in two parts and take one of them) to understand, is that enough for you. If there is no effect, take the other half.

 

How to make an order

 

Do I need a prescription to make an order?

Some of our products can be ordered only by prescription. If according to laws of your country you need a prescription to buy the product, support representative will ask you to send it after order confirmation.

This prescription should be valid. If the prescription is not valid, your goods will not be shipped within three days.

You should to consult your doctor before ordering to make sure you purchase the goods, which are really required.

 

How can I make an order?

If you wish to make an order, you must do the following:

  1. Find the product you want to buy on the site, and then click on “Buy” button
  2. Then you need to specify the amount of the purchase
  3. Go to the “Checkout” tab
  4. There you have to fill in all fields
  5. Check correctness of the information and click “Submit a request” button
  6. If your request is approved, you will be notified by e-mail. This step is very important. If message is not received in 10 minutes, contact support to resolve the problem.

When money would be withdrawn from my bank account?

The procedure of processing the order consists of the following stages:

  1. After completing the order page and clicking the “Send” button, the data is transmitted in the appropriate department for processing. Data is then being verified. but the money would not be removed from the account.
  2. When the authorization to conduct a transaction is given, the payment will be made.

Goods can be shipped to all corners of the world, except certain Asian countries.

 

Where sending place is located?

Since the products are made in India, after the processing of the order, the goods will be sent out from that country.

 

What types of packages does your company use? Will it be needed to sign any documents to get the order?

It is very important for us to maintain your confidentiality. Goods you have ordered will be sent in the envelope, which will be delivered to your mailbox. You will not have to sign anything if package will be delivered by postal company.

 

You send the goods on the day of making the order or not?

Our products are available for immediate delivery. Nevertheless, our employees first need to verify the accuracy of all the data and send the order to pack it. All these actions require 1-2 days.

 

How is delivery made? How long does delivery take?

We will not be able to deliver goods using the courier service, if you write only address of the post office (mail box on demand), hotel or some institution as your mailing address, or if you had written wrong telephone number.

You should remember that named time of delivery, is only approximate. This period will coincide with the actual, in most cases, but in the event of force majeure events described below, it can change.

Our organization is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to customs inspections in international postal companies.

What is the cost of delivery?

May delivery be suspended by the customs office?

What if the package is damaged or delivery is incomplete?

It is worth remembering that unless the order contains 90 pills or more it will be sent in several packages.
