Medical supplies we propose are produced and delivered from India. Delivery is time consuming since distance is rather far. Ordinarily, goods are delivered during 10-17 days, however in particular cases delay for additional 5 days may occur.

If final term has passed, do not hesitate in contacting us and report about the problem. Our company will exert every effort to solve the problem and satisfy client’s interests.

Order revocation Policy

Please, be advised order can be revoked ONLY in 24 hour time after it was made. If you want to annul the payment, you should contact customer support team using phone or e-mail and inform them about your decision. If you wish to establish contact with support team after the lapse of 24 hours, it would be impossible to revoke the order.

Be sure that you have entered correct deliver address in appropriate field of the order form. You are advised to check it again prior to sending the order. If you make any mistake on that step, ordered goods would not be delivered to the correct address. In case you noticed the wrong address was entered into delivery form, do not hesitate to inform us about the problem as fast as possible.

Repayment Policy

All medical products we propose are equal in all properties to brand ones. We give all guaranties that they have identical chemical composition and therapeutic effect.

If you are not content of any result of medicines we manufactured, inform us and explain the problem. We will tell you address to send returned products, immediately after goods are delivered to returns department, and repayment procedure will be started.

Prior informing us about any problems please be sure that you have taken appropriate doze of medicines and made everything in accordance to instructions for use. Be advised that rich food or alcoholic drinks, which were consumed before procedures may cause a delay of effects.

If goods were not delivered before the end of final term (goods are delivered during 10-17 days, however in particular cases delay for additional 5 days may occur for additional customs inspection), you can inform supporting team and get repayment. Your money will be send to the credit card in full scale. However, you should remember that repayment procedure usually takes about 5-7 business days. After that period you will get a notification that money were transferred to the account.

Nonetheless, in most case we do not make any repayments, as there is no guarantee that conditions of storing were complied with during goods transportation. That is why we cannot take products back even in case when packing was not damaged.
